Sales Team Manager in SKYLINE GARDENS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

_Main Responsibilities:_

A Sales Team Manager must execute a variety of tasks to guarantee the success of their team and the satisfaction of their customers. Planning and forecasting sales targets, as well as allocating resources is essential. Additionally, developing and executing sales plans and campaigns, while monitoring their performance and results, is also necessary. Recruiting, training, and evaluating sales representatives is important too, as is providing them with feedback and guidance. It is also essential to create and maintain a positive and productive sales culture, while fostering collaboration and communication among team members. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts and potential clients, resolving any issues or complaints, closing deals, and reporting sales data to senior management are all responsibilities of a group sales manager.

_Essential Skills _

A Sales Team Manager needs to have a combination of hard and soft skills to excel in their role. Sales skills are essential, such as having a background in sales, demonstrating and teaching effective techniques, and being able to close deals. Leadership skills are also important, like inspiring and motivating the team, setting expectations and goals, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and providing recognition. Communication skills are vital for communicating with customers, team members, and senior management. Additionally, analytical skills are necessary for collecting and analyzing data and metrics to make informed decisions. Lastly, problem-solving skills are essential for addressing challenges or obstacles that may arise in the sales process and adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Site Visit and Handling Inquiries

Handle customer's inquiries within predefined parameters and communicate booking information with admin office. Conduct site visit of property and convert to sale.
  • Trade Shows and Events

Participate in trade shows and events, property tours to promote and entertain qualified potential clients in order to establish a client/developer relationship.

Sales Presentations

Generate leads, create and deliver PowerPoint sales presentations to effectively market the property

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,
  • 00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
