Focus of the Role
As a Sales Support, you play a key role in delivering a great experience for Telstra's customers. Your role is the backbone in providing support to the account executives and direct sales team in different segment verticals to deliver a seamless service. You are also the forefront of all digitization efforts of International.
The team supports International clients hence this role will be required to follow the business hours of your assigned time zone.

What You'll Do
As a Sales Support, you use your excellent customer service and administration skills to deliver against the following responsibilities:
Acting as the key interface and point of contact for your customer portfolio, you actively contribute to the establishment of efficient and effective operational processes and systems that accomplish goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Leverage your experience as a subject matter expert to participate in continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the design of new customer experience processes for our customers.
Apply a deep understanding of business processes and systems to ensure evolving company objectives are achieved.
Contribute to the delivery of the strategy of the customer engagement in your portfolio, including the managing the end-to-end account management of simplex and complex customer requests.
Leverage time management skills to manage and prioritise customer requests whilst ensuring attention to detail and quality.
Authentically collaborate with stakeholders to consult and/or influence recommendations which achieve greater customer experience outcomes.
Actively model continuous learning by maintain your expertise in products, services, processes and systems, including new tools and technologies related to customer experience.
Build peer relationships to encourage teamwork and better achieve customer outcomes; helping your peers to provide and receive feedback with one another, enhancing yours and their professional growth
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experiences:
At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or any related role
Proficiency or knowledge in using CRM software like Phonenix and other tools such as Tableau, IPS Mercury and CCMS is desirable.
Good stakeholder management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Business acumen
Digitization savvy. Can keep up with fast paced tools/platforms development and improvement.
Strong organizational and attention to detail
