Job Description

Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Economics or any Business course.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably with BPO sales account experience or trading background.
  • Must have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Must be a team player, adaptable to change and willing to learn
Willing to work onsite on weekdays, and work during weekends or holidays
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


  • Job Qualifications:
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to negotiate and drive sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Sales Support: Utilize sales experience to promote products, achieve sales targets, and support the sales team in meeting overall objectives.
Negotiation: Employ strong negotiation skills to persuade clients and secure orders with favorable terms and margins.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate proficiency in selling and promoting a diverse range of products to meet client needs effectively.
Order Management: Monitor book orders, track payments, and coordinate order withdrawals to ensure seamless transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets and objectives.
Reporting: Accurately book orders and provide detailed reports on sales activities, order status, and payment transactions.
  • Goal Orientation: Remain goal-oriented, committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets both individually and as part of a team.
Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicate efforts to providing exceptional customer service, fostering client relationships, and driving repeat business and loyalty.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges in the sales process, proactively finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Remain flexible in adapting to changing market conditions, client needs, and company strategies to optimize sales performance.
Technology Proficiency: Utilize sales support tools and software for order management, reporting, and communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain thorough attention to detail in all sales support activities, ensuring accuracy in order processing, documentation, and reporting.
Availability: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required to meet sales objectives, even when out of the office.

  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
  • Weekends
