Job Summary: The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate sales activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Assist sales representatives with daily tasks and administrative duties.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Track orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and availability.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events.
Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- 5. Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and quotations.
Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
Ensure all sales activities are documented and compliant with company policies.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to support sales initiatives.
Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and strategies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Working Conditions:
