- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
Enter new client names into the CargoWise (CW) system and update accordingly for any changes.
- Create quotes for client acceptance and change accordingly through CW.
Must have full knowledge in end-to-end import and export OPS.- Do daily calls for the follow-up for the acceptance of quotes and check if there will be new clients and within the handling time target per call.
Answer phone calls and manage emails.
- Does booking in Courier and transport and ask for rates.
Upload the document into the system. Generate Arrival Notice
Track client volume and identify the clients who did not ship for the last 6 months and more than 6 months.- Track quotes created month on month and their acceptance rate.
Identify the client list based on size and shipment count.
- Create analytics for the shipment trend per month.
Identify clients to be deactivated.
Requirements:
- With a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms.
- With experience in using CargoWise/Expedient or similar systems.
Graduate of BS Customs Administration or other related courses- A licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm.
