We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Support Representative to join our real estate team. As a Sales Representative specializing in lead generation and cold calling, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients and initiating contact to drive business growth. Your excellent communication skills, persistence, and ability to establish rapport will be essential in converting leads into qualified prospects. Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound cold calls to engage potential leads and introduce the company's real estate services.
- Deliver a compelling and persuasive pitch to capture the interest of prospects.
- Address any initial objections, questions, or concerns effectively to keep the conversation moving forward.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and level of interest.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with leads through consistent follow-up calls and emails.
- Listen actively to prospects requirements and tailor your communication to match their needs.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, demonstrating a genuine desire to help clients find suitable real estate solutions.
- Keep accurate records of lead interactions and conversations in the CRM system.
- Update lead profiles with relevant information and track progress through the sales pipeline.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Persistent and resilient attitude, comfortable handling rejection and objections.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
