The Sales Support Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department within the system office furniture and modular cabinetry industry. This role involves overseeing the sales support team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and information needed to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, excellent organizational skills, customer service oriented and a deep understanding of the system office furniture and modular cabinetry industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales support team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.- Develop and implement effective sales support strategies to improve team efficiency and performance.
- II. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and address any issues or concerns promptly.- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention .
III. Sales Coordination:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor sales order processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
IV.
Market Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the system office and modular cabinetry industry.
Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market analysis.
V. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the Sales Director.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the sales team and other departments.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support or a similar role within the system office and modular cabinetry industry.- Proven experience in managing a sales support team.
Skills:- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the system office and modular cabinetry industry.
