Client Specific tasks
Place export bookings with origin office.
Confirm export booking details with origin office.
Confirm shipment ready date for collection with origin office.
Confirm shipment pick up date schedule with origin office.
Confirm airline website tracking departure and arrival data.
Request Debit Note and Profit share upon origin departure date.
Chased Debit Note and Profit share weekly.

Requirements
At least 1-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or
Shipping industry is a requirement
Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent English skills in both written and oral
Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
With positive attitude towards difficult situation
Willing to work in Ortigas or Cubao
Can start ASAP and amenable to morning and weekend schedules
