Responsibilities:- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and shipments for each Key Account Sales Executive and Field Sales Assistant.
Provide support for Pricing/Revenue Management, including managing published tariff rates, discounts, AR adjustments, and rates renewal.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Revenue Management, Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance) to meet customer requirements effectively.
Develop SOPs, proposals, and regulations to systemize the actions of Key Account Sales Executives and Field Sales Assistants.
- Perform sales administrative tasks using CRM and operational systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing support roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret sales data effectively.- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with internal stakeholders.
Experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and proposals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and operational systems.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
