Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of clients ADA arrangement forms, ensuring all required information is provided.
- Cross-reference information provided on ADA forms with the company's records to validate client details.
Coordinate the notarization of ADA forms, ensuring all required signatures and stamps are in place.- Maintain records of notarization dates and details for future reference.
Organize and maintain a well-structured and accessible filing system for ADA forms, making retrieval efficient.
- Communicate and coordinate with the designated banks to schedule verification appointments and ensure all requirements are met.
Prepare transmittal documents as needed for submission to the bank.- Accurately input client data and ADA details into the company's systems, maintaining data integrity.
Maintain a database of verified ADA forms and related documentation, keeping accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the branch to support its daily operations, which may include administrative duties, customer support, or other responsibilities that contribute to the efficient operation of the branch.
