Position: Sales Support Analyst
Job Grade: 9
The NCR Voyix Restaurant Small-Medium Business (SMB) unit is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will help rebuild and enhance our sales operations team. Your efforts will be key in building a best-in-class operation to support our rapidly growing team of field account executives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with Sales leaders to evaluate, improve, and oversee a smooth and effective sales process
Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations and Product teams.
Coordinate sales forecasting, metrics development, trend reporting, and analysis and communication to sales management.
Partner with internal teams on strategic business planning by identifying opportunities to improve processes and providing sales support
Partner with sales leadership in crafting analysis, actions and messaging for key strategic accounts, including monthly or quarterly business review meetings
Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business (e.g. customer segments / regions / product lines) to develop an understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities, and shape action plans
Support SMB Sales team by serving as the main point of contact for Account Executives
Quickly solve immediate sales pain points and leverage cross-functional relationships with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to provide comprehensive deal support
Train and enforce Salesforce data hygiene and integrity to enable accurate pipeline and forecasting
In the future, handle inbound customer support calls and emails, providing operations-related oversight and troubleshooting for the Sales team

Qualifications and experience:
2+ years work experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other Internet applications.
Required Soft Skills:
Prior experience working with SFDC and aptitude for learning new technologies.
Interested in developing policies, procedures and processes.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong initiative and an ability to work in a self-directed environment, as required.
High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to tackle tough problems with a solution-oriented mindset
Resourceful, proactive, and adaptive in dealing with operational hurdles
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals
Work Environment:
Night shift to accommodate global operations (flexibility required).
Works in a team environment; interacts with multiple internal and external customers.
