Overview
The ISS STOXX AI Media division comprises a favorably considered set of publications, digital assets, and research known for their editorial integrity, objectivity, and leadership within the industry as well as a conference business in the retirement segment.
We are seeking a Media Sales Support candidate who will provide day to day support to the Media Sales team. The ideal candidate will assist the Media Sales team maintaining opportunities housed in our SalesForce CRM tool. S/He will also ensure billing information is accurate and properly expedited for a seamless order to cash cycle. The workload will evolve as business grows and new systems are introduced.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Teams in the preparation and booking of license agreements in Salesforce.
- Act as point of control to ensure correct booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on the signed contracts.
- Acts as a liaison between Finance and the Sales team.
- Reconcile Agency orders with our internal reporting systems (Salesforce).
- Would be client facing in some specific instances (signatures, billing issues, agency issues).
- Communicates with Digital AdOps team on digital inventory availability and purchases.
- Participate in various projects within the finance organization.
Qualification
Training & Experience
- Salesforce and media industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, or any equivalent courses.
- Has 3-5 years relevant work experience on the same role or team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (proactive personality, highly motivated and can work independently).
- Effectual organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Experience working with any of the following would be a plus:
- Experience in Salesforce
- Media industry experience
Work Location & Schedule:
- Amenable working at Makati City on a night shift schedule (9PM 6AM, Manila Time) OR on a dayshift schedule (11am- 8pm, Manila Time) - Training during probationary will be on a nightshift (9pm- 6am, Manila Time)
- Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement
