Job Roles and Responsibilities_
- Collaborate with the branch in targeted area to collect the sales data and analyze to conduct the report and present to Top Management
Identify the way to maintaining the sales revenue in targeted area and create the plan to enhance the sales performance- Analyzing the market in the area to identify the potential area to open the new opportunities. Also review the performance of all branches in the area to set the sales direction
Visit the branch in targeted area to understand any issues and propose the way to solve the issues
- Develop strong relationship with key person within the Area
Provide any support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks- Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance
Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team
- Provide ongoing coaching to all direct report within the Area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives

_Qualifications
_
3 years experience
in Sales preferably from Logistics or E-Commerce Strong background in Generating Leads and After Sales
College Graduate any course- Customer Service Oriented
Strong Personality
- Excellent in Leadership / People Management
Can start ASAP- Amenable to work on site in McKinley West Taguig
