As a
Sales Supervisor - Life Insurance, you will lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the life insurance sector. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance sales, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for developing talent and driving results.
Lead and Manage the Sales Team:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales executives, setting clear performance expectations and goals.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the life insurance market.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
- Achieve Sales Targets and Objectives:
Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.- Develop action plans and strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance.
Track sales metrics and KPIs to assess team progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Recruitment and Training:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to foster a high-performing sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless policy administration and support.
College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.
- Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in life insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
