Lead and Manage the Sales Team:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales executives, setting clear performance expectations and goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the life insurance market.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
Achieve Sales Targets and Objectives:
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Develop action plans and strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance.
- Track sales metrics and KPIs to assess team progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Recruitment and Training:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to foster a high-performing sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless policy administration and support.
Job Requirements:
- College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.
- Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in life insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
