JOB TITLE: Sales Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. This role involves training and mentoring sales staff, monitoring performance, and coordinating closely with the Warehouse Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales staff.
- Coordinates with the Warehouse Manager for work flow efficiency and persistency.
- Makes travel report for sales agents, mainly for Metro Manila areas.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, rush orders, and team productivity to the executives.
- Provides additional support to sales team such as creating sales orders and answers inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
