Sales Performance:- Monitor and analyze sales performance, including revenue, profit & loss, and average transaction values.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Ensure that retail hub personnel are actively engaging with customers to drive sales.
- Oversee inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
Implement inventory control measures to increase high accuracy.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures to eliminate theft and losses.
Conduct regular inventory audits and security checks minimum 2 hubs per week.
- Sales Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and product knowledge sessions to retail personnel.
Keep the team informed about new products initiatives, promotions, and sales techniques.
- Train and develop the team assigned.
Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations affecting retail operations.
- Ensure that the store's layout and displays are visually appealing and aligned with merchandising guidelines.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create attractive product displays.
