After 10 years of operations, our manpower complement has grown to 150 employees with expertise in the field of documentation & logistics. We are continuously expanding and has developed multiple businesses in the field of logistics.
Our main office is located in Zone 5J Bridges Townsquare, Plaridel St. Alang-Alang, Mandaue City which is a very strategic in location, we are 5 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the seaport. And we have a satellite office inside PEZA zone with several staff assigned to have easier access to customers inside PEZA. Another satellite office located in Special Economic zone westside of Cebu. With these satellite offices, it could also hasten transactions with PEZA and Customs offices.
Our Services include Forwarding, Brokerage, Warehousing and Customized Operations.
_Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
_Main Duties & Responsibilities
_
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Organize and coordinate sales executive schedules
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Recruit, hire, and train new sales executives
Receive and report on all sales leads
Supervise sales executives and assistants
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Work with sales team when closing sales
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Assist sales executives and team to meet and exceed goals
_Job Specifications
_
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
Two (2) years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales in the logistics and supply chain industries
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Focused on customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
With pleasing personality
Must be with pleasing personality
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
