Job Title: Sales Supervisor
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure they meet performance standards and achieve sales goals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Compliance: Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
