Overview
The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration within the offshore sea-based account segment. This role requires a deep understanding of the offshore industry, its unique challenges, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, lead a sales team, and exceed revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the offshore sea-based account segment, aligned with overall company objectives.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at offshore accounts.
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales quotas and KPIs.
- Provide sales coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the offshore industry.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
