Sales Supervisor (Engineer)

Job Description

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales engineers while actively driving sales and providing technical expertise for construction-related products and services of the Company.

Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and marketing, to support the company's overall sales objectives.

  • Job Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership:
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of sales engineers.
Set performance targets, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.


  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify key market segments, potential customers, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve sales effectiveness.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Understand customer needs and provide technical expertise and solutions to address their requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions for customers.


  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Manag the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral.


  • Technical Expertise:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of construction products, materials, and industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and regulations related to construction technology and products.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team and customers during product selection and implementation.


  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage pricing, discounts, and contract negotiations.


  • Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar is preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the construction industry for at least 5 years.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Technical knowledge and understanding of construction products, materials, and systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Must know how to drive and has a valid driver's licenseWilling to report to our Quezon City and Taytay Office when required.
