The Sales Supervisor (B2B) is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for home appliances. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, good relationship with the dealers of home appliances
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for home appliances.
Identify and qualify new leads.
Generate and close sales.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Monitor and track sales performance.
Provide sales reports and analysis.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
Proven track record of success in closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
