  • Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to enhance overall business performance.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and market trends.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
