Job description:- Monitor and ensure sales targets are met consistently.
Analyze competitors and market trends to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing live selling performance.- Develop and execute strategies and initiatives aimed at boosting live selling performance.
Plan and manage manpower resources to maintain optimal staffing levels for all marketing activities.
- Oversee the performance of the live selling team, providing regular training, feedback, and coaching to drive improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on live selling performance, highlighting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.- Develop and implement commission and incentive schemes to motivate the live selling team and enhance performance.
Accurately calculate commissions and incentives for live sellers.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role (more than 5 years experience)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, particularly those relevant to live-selling.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends within the ever-changing social media and liveselling landscape.
