The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing trends and results.
Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Partners with Marketing in launch/product strategies, development, selling materials, execution, and monitoring to achieve financial and market share objectives.
- Leads business planning process by preparing or collaborating insights and analytics to support marketing strategy, template preparation, process communication, and execution of strategic customer/sales team planning meetings.
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply & demand, and changing trends.- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
Form sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative.
- Compiling monthly sales reports for the management including the new launch product report and other commercial lines.
Identify valuable emerging markets.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and addressing any issues or concerns.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.- Proven track record in sales and/or within FMCG, direct selling, beauty devices, and skin care industry is an advantage.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Meeting sales goals, negotiation, and sales planning.
Willing to work onsite at Lilac Marikina- Willing to travel all over the Philippines
