The Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and that team members are motivated and performing at their best. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to improve their performance.- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
