Job Description

As a Sales Support Specialist / Sales Success Specialist, you'll collaborate with iHeartMedia's Client Success Department, providing vital sales support to enhance operations and drive revenue. Your contributions will include appointment prep, creating presentations, gathering data, and ensuring smooth transitions within the sales process. Be the essential support behind every successful client interaction.

Key Responsibilities: Powering Sales Success!
  • Understand and support the sales processes and procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams.
  • Focus on key tasks for iHM Salesforce from over 150 markets across the US, including but not limited to: campaign reporting and recaps, appointment preparation, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
  • Communicate effectively with sales leads to clarify incomplete instructions or address ambiguities, ensuring accuracy in requests and outputs.
  • Respond to the sales team and support partners to resolve input queries or correct errors as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Ready to Rock Client Success

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support or operational support.
  • Proven aptitude for sales or operational support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in learning and using new systems quickly.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Understanding of media sales or a strong willingness to learn about media sales.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of tasks.
