The Sales Success Manager, Client Success - Markets will serve as a key role for the company's client success department, specializing in key tasks and responsibilities to support our sales force efforts in driving revenue. This team will be responsible for providing administrative and process support at a high level of quality, speed, and accuracy within a centralized team.
Your responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams
Focus on key tasks for iHM Salesforce from over 150 markets across the US including but not limited to: Campaign Reporting and Recaps, Appointment Prep, Marketing Materials/Presentations and more
Comfortably communicate with Sales Leads when necessary to provide clarity on incomplete instructions or ambiguity to ensure accuracy of the requests and output
Respond to sales team and support partners to answer input queries or correct input errors as needed.
Qualifications:
Your qualifications:
. At least 1 year of sales support or operational support experience
. Strong organizational skills
. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
. Impeccable attention to detail
. Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
. A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
. An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
. Advanced written and verbal communication skills
. Comfortable handling high volume
