Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for project sales.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing project solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project proposals.
Qualifications:
Has a bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
Experience in project sales is an advantage.
Experience in selling construction materials.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in project selling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to understand the industry and the market.
Has the ability to identify client's need and has the capacity to close sales.
Capable to problem-solving and decision making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
