Job Description

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store or browse online.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our cellphone gadgets and accessories.
Demonstrate product functionality and answer questions about specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display area.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Requirements:
Proven work experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or cellphone accessories.
  • Knowledge and passion for cellphone gadgets and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail management is a plus.
