Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
Adhere to store policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
