Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service in assigned stores
Welcome customers entering the store using the Japanese greeting- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and product information
Help customers locate items and recommend available products based on needs
- Maintain and organize merchandise in the store according to season
Keep up-to-date with new products and information to boost store sales- Cross-sell available products if customers first option is unavailable
Prepare report as needed
Qualifications:
- At least college level or vocational graduate
With sales experience- With background on retail: Penshoppe, Bench, Adidas, CLN
