The Sales Staff is responsible for lead generation and prospecting, sales and revenue growth, customer relationship management and reporting of target achievements on-time. The Sales Staff will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales. Proven experience in sales, preferably in shipping, logistics, or transportation industry. Strong understanding of shipping line services and industry practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain and build strong client relationships. Passionate and results-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
