Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct meetings to understand clients insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.- Promote and sell various non-life insurance products to meet sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service, assist with claims, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.- Previous sales experience, particularly in insurance, is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
