- Generating leads by actively engaging to promote and update online platforms.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to evaluate their needs and promote our products.- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed sales targets and goals within schedule.
- Maintaining client records and keeps track of client's outstanding balance and payments.
Responsible for processing customer sales orders in Acumatica.- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports: Forecast, Sales Review, and Prospects for incoming items.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trend.
