Job Summary: The Frontliner is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that the store is visually appealing. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering suitable product recommendations, and demonstrating the features and benefits of various cellphones and gadgets.
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide detailed information on products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
Sales:
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest products, features, and industry trends.
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of products to customers.
Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the manager.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving and organizing shipments.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Participate in regular team meetings and share insights.
- Support new team members through training and mentoring.
Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Sr. High diploma, undergrad or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in electronics or mobile devices. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of current technology trends and product features.
