• JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Staff member, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLE:

Provide Customer service, logistic management, invoicing, and cost analysis.

• Implement new Sales plans to meet the company's operations goals.

Create price costing and generate price quotation goals.

• In charge of order management from PO, liaison with planning and production until delivery of goods and sales invoice processing.

In charge of the new business development from potential customer inquiry, sample/evaluation lot build, and Purchase order processing until sales invoice coordination.

• Lead generation for the potential customer and generation of marketing strategies.

Contract review and discussion with clients.

• QUALIFICATION:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
