Key Job Purpose :
- The Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging, developing, understanding customer needs, provide tailored-solutions and managing relationships with clients/customers to drive sales performance, sales growth and achieve higher market share for assigned territory.
- Ensure 100% sales achievement versus target in the assigned territory.
- This role involves effective sales execution, strategic planning, consistent performance monitoring and collaboration with internal and external team to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies within the territory.
Job Description :
Sales Management
- Identify, develop, and acquire new accounts and maintain existing business.
- Ensure profitability, sales growth, monitor and control receivables of assigned territory.
- Manage and handle customer inquiry in a timely, ethical, and professional manner.
- Responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy developed by the Company.
- Responsible for accurate forecasting, product inventory, and shelf-life management in the assigned territory.
- Work closely with Customer Care Team to ensure problem resolution; utilize relationships to ensure that product implementation schedules are met.
- Gathers market and customers information and competitors activities, provide feedback to management in a timely manner.
- Develop deep knowledge and understanding of assigned products and services to effectively communicate benefits to our customers.
- Conduct company and product overview to meet specific customer requirements. Effectively use promotional materials.
- Manage the entire selling cycle and ensure proper utilization of CRM tools.
- Meet the assigned call frequency and customer visits.
Administration
- Submits administrative reports like Weekly Sales Activity. Monthly Report, Weekly Itinerary, and other sales reports required by the Sales Manager and the Company in a timely manner.
- Responsible to providing monthly updates and action plans in RR monitoring, Pipeline, AR aging, WIN/LOST, KAS Planner templates and CRM leads.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Develop deep knowledge and understanding of assigned products and services effectively.
- Perform other duties/responsibility that may be assigned by the Sales Manager from time to time.
Integrated Management System
- Supports the attainment of KPI for the quality management system.
- Work closely with marketing team to align sales strategies implementation and effective use of promotional campaigns and materials.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
- Effective communicator with solid written and verbal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
