The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls, delivering comprehensive information about our wellness services to potential clients.
- Payment Processing: Accurately handle client payments, ensuring the secure processing and authorization of credit card transactions.
- Scheduling Expertise: Master our booking systems to adeptly schedule clients across various locations, meticulously avoiding overbookings and ensuring seamless operations.
- Consultation Coordination: Arrange consultations for specialized services, such as weight loss programs, and facilitate smooth connections with our nurse practitioners.
- CRM Management: Maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-ups, leveraging CRM tools to track and manage interactions (training provided).
- Administrative Precision: Execute administrative tasks with high accuracy, maintaining detailed client records while upholding strict confidentiality standards.

- Proven background in sales with a record of high performance, preferably in health services or a related industry.
