Job Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in English and the Philippines language (English proficiency is a plus)
    • Strong communication skills
  • Local Knowledge:
    • Familiar with local geographical, cultural, and business environment
    • Aged 20-50 years, male preferred
    • Married candidates preferred
    • Sales, business, or entrepreneurial experience preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in local social media platforms
    • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Photoshop
    • Experience in e-commerce and online shopping is a plus
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Strong coordination and emotional control abilities
    • Independent learner with problem-solving skills
    • Meticulous, hardworking, and follows company arrangements
    • Team player, flexible, responsible, and able to handle stress
Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion:
    • Develop local customers through internet and in-person methods
    • Expand the local market and identify potential customers
    • Conduct business negotiations on-site
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide customer support and follow up on customer needs
    • Manage post-sales services and ensure smooth cooperation
  • Market Insight:
    • Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer and market changes
  • Sales Planning:
    • Create and implement sales plans
    • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Social Media Promotion:
    • Publish and promote product information on local social media platforms
  • Additional Tasks:
    • Complete tasks assigned by the company or leadership
