Job Description
- Achieve distributor market sales targets to ensure consistent sales in strategic channels and identified territories.
- Develop new business and accounts, introduce products to strategic customers in the defined territory, and execute clinical and science-based field activities.
- Create an annual Territory and Business Plan for the assigned geography and track the achievement of performance metrics.
- Effectively negotiate and manage Commercial Policy/Terms of Trade for identified customers within the territory.
- Regularly organize meetings to exchange market, competitor, and customer information, and discuss strategies to meet targets, overcome competitors, and facilitate accurate ordering.
- Attain a preferred business partner status with assigned Key Customers in the territory.
The Successful Applicant
- A graduate of a four-year degree in a medical-related field.
- With minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience.
- With clinical background and strong business acumen for financial discussions and product deals.
- With strong customer service skills, with confidence in client interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive, proactive attitude towards addressing client objections.
