Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service through phone, email or walk-in inquiries.- Assesses and interpret customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Makes recommendations and changes in marketing strategies as appropriate.
- Remains knowledgeable about all products and brands to analyze marketing trends and develop possible strategies to capture potential demand for products.
Develops creative strategies to retain clients and boost sales performance, through the use of interviews, field reports, market research, competitor analysis, etc.- Provides support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.
Prepares reports, proposals or statement of requirements needed by the sales team or dealer.
- Works in close coordination with Sales Support for ease in data management, updating of prices, and dissemination of sales memos and promotions.
Reports unusual activity to Sales Managers.- Identifies any support needed to use the lubricant or service and discuss training requirements with the customer.
Assists in any customer or dealer start-up procedures.
- Liaises with customers to obtain feedback on product performance and organize any necessary modifications.
Assists the Company's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and website.- Collaborates with the marketing department on the design of promotional materials.
Attends to tasks that may be assigned by Supervisor.
