Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
Must have experience with Business to Business (B2B) transactions.- PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains close communication with existing customers and provides assistance on orders
and deliveries.
- Acquire new accounts and clients to increase sales volume.
- Encodes Sales Order in Sap and coordinate approval with Credits and Collection.
- Assistance on follow-up and monitoring collection of Customers.
- Monitors daily sales report ledger in both Manila and Davao ports.
- Analyzes customer requirement/trend in order to serve them better.
- Analyzes market trends and incorporate to monthly sales projection.
- Ensures target volume for the month is met.
- Ensures timely submission of reports and other documentation.
- Observe Company Rules and Regulations.
- Perform other duties or task that may be assigned from time to time.
