A Sales Specialist coordinates and executes sales activities to achieve the company's revenue objectives. She works closely with the sales team, customers, and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and understand the company's products or services deeply.- Maintain up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure that sales and overall company goals are in alignment.
- Providing exceptional support and actively engaging with clients in the assigned group through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
In charge of implementing and ensuring that company projects such as marketing promotion are well-executed and effective- Responsible for doing site visits of her assigned group.
