Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
With at least (3) years working experience handling dealers and distributor in medical industry
With excellent negotiation, communication (both verbal & written) and proficient in doing business correspondence
With adequate analytical and decision making skills
Proactive, assertive, result-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, driven and with strong leadership skills
Honest, trustworthy and possesses a character of unquestionable integrity
Disciplined, dedicated, willing to travel and do field work
He/She supervises and monitors daily sales activities
Conducts market and competitor scans and presents to Management findings and recommendations
Presents products and services to existing or potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
Ensures proper customer service is being provided by the company
Follow-up leads and samples provided by the sales team
