It is the official distributor of Ebiche, Bullsone, OKF, and Winycam in the Philippines.
_Responsibilities:_
- Identify, prospect, and contact potential partners and clients to generate leads and maximize lead generation using different business development techniques
Establishes and maintains good business relationships with current and prospective trade accounts for the retention, acquisition, and development of accounts- Day-to-day management and liaison between key retail partners - accomplishing related activities such as account development, business development, sales operations, etc.
Develop sales analysis according to different business dimensions, interpret results, and identify potential recommendations
- Analyzes external trends and historical performance intensively to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for each account
Innovate and drive the creation of new business pitch materials that reflect the brand while addressing specific clients needs- Assist in the organization of marketing and sales activities/events
Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
_Minimum Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent
1+ years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Sales Account Management in Modern Trade or B2B Sales- Previous experience in FMCG distribution is a plus
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Tagalog and English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships externally with clients and partners and internally with cross-functional teams- Ambitious, goal-oriented and self-driven individual and team player
Meticulous, organized, analytical, and independent worker
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Willing to commute to and work in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
_Preferred Skills & Experience:_- Previous account management/B2B trade sales experience in the FMCG sector especially food and beverage, or car care/accessories industry is highly preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and multicultural startup environment
- Familiarity with Korean language and culture is a plus
