Sell client's/business partners/company merchandise, products, goods and services to current and potential customers
- Attain sales target on a monthly basis
Provides clear communication and customer service on sales issues to external customers and internal business partners.- Accountable for increasing the sales quota for assigned accounts
Promotes/sell/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Assist the customers in selecting the best suited for their needs, and create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
Manage quality and good sales service delivery to customers- Identify advantages and compares client's products/services
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special promos, developments and information to customers
- Perform research on all accounts and document all explanations of benefits.
3-6 months tele-sales BPO experience (required)
- Must be at least a high school graduate
Driven and results-oriented Basic knowledge MS Office, especially Excel
- Good communication skills
