What are we looking for

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in the growth by increasing the number of broker clients and properties that can be offered to people searching for their new dream home. Focusing on acquiring clients using telesales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry.
  • Onboard real estate professionals for Lamudi services through active outsourcing, cold calling and negotiations.
  • Assisting the Business Development department in developing and championing new business processes, projects and products of Lamudi
  • Building and expanding client database
  • Present Lamudi products at internal and external real estate events to strengthen Lamudi's brand and increase awareness about Lamudi services.
  • Supporting the on-boarding of partners and clients and help maintain good and healthy relationships through effective liaising.

What it takes:

  • Must have at least 1 year relevant experience in sales
  • Excellent communication in both written and verbal
  • Great with building and maintaining client relationships
  • Very strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a high energy team
  • Well organized & structured working style
  • Great Team Player
  • Fluency in spoken & written English and Tagalog
