DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :- Focus on the development of programs assigned by the ASM
a. Ensure proper execution of programs
b. Ensure volume target achievement of programs
c. Coordinate with DS and ASM the results/challenges of the programs and recommend plan of action

- General Function
_Trade Execution_
- Responsible for 100% Trade Execution for GT accounts (selected accounts)
- Ensure perfect in-outlet execution, availability of Focus SKUs, Share of Shelves, Product Positioning, Pricing, New Product Launch and Merch Materials placement & National and Local Promotions for AVIS improvements
_Development of Account_
- Coordinates, plans and executes programs & activities designed to increase General Trade Accounts sales volume perforance with Area Sales Manager
- Assists assigned GT accounts in managing and increasing sales as a business consultant
- Regularly coordinates, networks and attends meetings (if needed) with the GT Team on matters concerning GT Account management
- Reviews, analyzes and strategizes on SKU must-carry and new product launch to achieve Company's sales objective on AVIS
- Plans and executes GT accounts marketing activities, if applicable
_Outlet Management_
- Reviews and do analyzes operational issues and opportunities in his/her GT accounts and plan for strategic development program per store to increase sales and profitability
- Coordinates with and manages the salesman, push seller, paid sampling specialist, sampler to ensure perfect in-outlet execution, Store Must Carry SKUs, Share of Shelves, SKU, blocking, Product Positioning, Pricing, NPD, and Merch Mat placement for AVIS improvements
- Collaborates with customer's store manager / buyer to ensure perfect in-outlet execution (merchandising planogram and promotions)
- Engages and seeks approval with the dealers on identified opportunities in the selling area
- Communicates with DSP, Push Sellers and Samplers to execute the approved identified opportunities to increase store sales
- Coordinates and Suggests to dealer through salesman for PO and delivery for stock replenishment to maintain prescribed inventory level per store.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate with good communication skills and anlytical skills
- Sales experience on FMCG is preferred
- Undergone training in customer service management, negotiation and persuasive selling skills, problem solving and decision making skills, basic category management and financial management is preferred
- Skillfull in Building Customer Relationship
