Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Coordinate with sales and customer service departments. To collect information of customers complaints to the team and supervisors.
Analyze information on problems related to customers that arise in using the service. And setup plan to encourage inactive customers to use the service again. Including expanding new customer and market for the company to achieve the goals.
Research and collecting market information and competitors. To present to supervisors and executives and use it as information for sales strategic planning.
Support training session to all employees that related. To work according to the selling standards by the company.
Study and follow up on new knowledge technologies that related to be applied in management work effectively.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any course
Must have logistics or related industry experience.
At least 6 months of customer service and client handling experience
With solid background in coordination with different functions inside the organization
Strong personality and good communication skill
Knowledgeable in Sales /Admin/Customer Service is advantage.
Knowledgeable using MS Office and other tools.
Willing to work on-site from Monday to Saturday in McKinley, Taguig City
